The Mattioli Woods Financial Adviser Academy is designed to help experienced professionals make that move.

This isn't a graduate scheme. We're looking for people who have already built experience elsewhere and are ready to use it differently. You might come from sales, banking, mortgages, recruitment, professional services, account management or another people-focused career.

You don't need to be a financial expert. We can teach you financial planning. We're looking for the qualities that make someone a great adviser.

We're looking for people who can:

Before joining the Academy in January 2027, successful candidates will need to complete CII R01 (or equivalent). You don't need it before applying, and we'll reimburse the cost when you successfully complete it.
