What We're Looking For
  • An experienced Financial Adviser with strong technical knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused financial planning.
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent), with a commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Proven experience providing holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning to help clients achieve their long-term financial objectives.
  • An individual who can build trust quickly and develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • A commercially minded adviser who is motivated to develop and grow a client bank while maintaining a strong focus on client care and regulatory excellence.
  • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy whilst contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring an efficient and compliant advice process from initial enquiry through to ongoing review.
  • A desire to play a key role in the growth of a modern, ambitious advice business and help shape its future success.
  • Good understanding of UK financial services regulation and compliance requirements.
  • Chartered status, working towards Chartered, or holding advanced qualifications would be advantageous but is not essential.
