Footprint Manager – Telematics

• Lead a team of risk analysts to deliver profit and growth targets through adjustments to the Telematics footprint
• Identify and lead opportunities to expand the competitive footprint or rectify unprofitable segments
• Develop and deliver innovative approaches to manage and control underwriting risk associated with new footprint segments
• Analyse risk using loss ratios and supporting KPIs
• Turn performance insights into clear recommendations shaping portfolio decisions
• Use stakeholder engagement to shape strategic growth pathways
• Lead and support risk analysts through peer reviews, coaching, and mentoring
• Ensure customers receive fair and reasonable outcomes
• Challenge processes, procedures, peers, and managers when customer interests are not prioritized

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Advanced programming language skill in R, Python, SQL, Radar, or another coding-based language
