Your new role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of both the financial reporting and financial planning & analysis functions, providing accurate financial information and valuable commercial insight to support business growth.

You will lead a small finance team of three junior accountants, overseeing their development whilst ensuring the delivery of a high-quality finance service across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.
• Managing the preparation of statutory accounts and supporting external audits.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards and internal controls.
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities.
