Paraplanner

Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our financial planning team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by preparing high-quality suitability reports, conducting technical research, and ensuring all advice is compliant and aligned with regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and compliant suitability reports based on adviser recommendations Conduct in-depth financial product and fund research Analyse client information including income, assets, pensions, investments, and protection needs Support advisers in the development of financial planning strategies Ensure all advice aligns with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards Liaise with advisers and administrators to gather and clarify client information Assist in preparing cashflow modelling and financial planning scenarios where required Maintain accurate and well-organised client records Keep up to date with financial products, legislation, and market changes

Skills & Experience Required:

Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level
4) Previous experience in a Paraplanning or technical financial services role Strong understanding of financial planning products including pensions, investments, and protection Experience writing suitability reports Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements Excellent analytical and research skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with advisers
