Yourinitialrolewillbeshadowing/supportingthemanagersanddirectorsinthegroupastheyprovideexpertadviseandconsultancyaroundcompanyacquisitions,mergers,management buyouts,companyrestructuringanddealfinancing.

Thisisjustanepicmovefortherightcandidate. Astepintotheexcitingandhighlyrewarding/lucrativeworldofcorporatefinanceandleadadvisory.

It’safirmwhereyoucanfasttrackandprogressswiftly. You’llhaveexcellentaccesstohighlyexperiencedandcrediblementorswhowillsuperchargeyourdevelopment,expertiseandunderstandingofthemarket.

It’sachancetobeinvolvedinexcitingdeals,privateequityinvestments,company takeovers,MBIs…extremelyinterestingexposurefromtheoutset.

Youneedtobeacommerciallyastuteaccountant/auditorideallyACCA/ACAqualified.

Youneedtohaveaclearinterestinbusiness,outstandingcommunicationskillsandanabilitytobuildrelationshipswithbusinessowners/boardroom directors/investors.

Anelementofcorporatefinanceexposurewouldbeusefulbutasolidtechnicalaccountingbackgroundplusakeennesstolearnanddevelopwillwork.

Gamechangingrolefortherightcandidate–astepawayfromaudit/accountingintotheoutandoutcorporatefinanceanddeal-making.

Required:

• ACCA/ACA(toptierorprofessionalregionalfirm).
• Audit exposure. Ideallyexperienceofreasonablycomplexauditandabroadrangeofbusiness/groups.
• Experienceofcorporatefinancetransactions(businessacquisition/disposal) wouldbehugelyadvantageous.
• Excellentinterpersonalskills.
• Natural drive,ambitionandaproactiveapproachtolearning.
