- Attending court and giving evidence
- Dealing with enquiries made to police premises by members of the public
- Educated to GCSE grade C/4 level in English language or equivalent or be able to work at that level
- Able to quickly assess and assimilate information and act accordingly
- Assertive but sensitive to others needs, particularly in stressful situations
