, supporting high-impact work across the Middle East and North Africa.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining policy thinking with strong execution. You'll help monitor emerging regulatory and on-platform risks, while also owning the operational processes that keep sensitive escalations and stakeholder requests moving efficiently.

• Tracking and assessing policy and regulatory issues across the MENA region

• Triaging inbound content and account-related requests from external partners

• Coordinating with internal teams to progress and resolve escalations

• Maintaining clear documentation, case tracking, and closure for all requests

• Maintaining team calendars, including leave schedules and key regional events

• Assisting with budget administration, invoicing, contracts, and quarterly reporting

• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English (essential)

• Strong understanding of the MENA policy, regulatory, and cultural landscape

• Experience in public policy, government affairs, tech operations, trust & safety, or similar

• Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable with administrative ownership

• Confident communicator able to manage sensitive issues with discretion

• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
