United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to support a busy housing team in the South West on an interim basis. This operational role involves managing a caseload across the private rented sector, focusing on enforcement, improving housing standards, and conducting property inspections.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a local authority Private Sector Housing team and strong knowledge of housing legislation, including the Housing Act 2004. A full UK driving licence is required for site visits.
