Scale 4 - £29,064- £32,597 (Pay award pending)

We are looking for an applicant to take up this exciting opportunity within our friendly housing services team. Overall Purpose of RoleTo prevent homelessness where possible through comprehensive advice and assistance covering the full range of housing options offered by the Council and other agencies and to enable customers to find solutions to their housing issues.
To act as first point of contact for the Housing Services Team in order to prevent homelessness and ensure that the Housing Register meets the housing needs of our customers.
To manage the Councils Choice Based Lettings System.
