Carrington West is seeking a DM Town Planning Officer for the Greater Manchester area. The role is a hybrid position, combining office work with WFH, and starts as an initial 3-month contract with potential extension.
You will support the Local Authority DM Planning Team, handling householder planning applications and related lawful development certificates. A Full Driving Licence is essential for site visits, and access to a vehicle is desirable for borough-wide visits.
