Leicestershire Police is seeking an Offender Management Programme Manager to shape the Multi-Agency Offender Management Programme across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. You will lead governance, performance and partnership delivery to reduce reoffending and protect the public.
You’ll coordinate force-wide offender management with the Integrated Offender Management team and neighbourhood Inspectors, designing an annual training plan and driving innovative casework and collaboration.
