As a Technical Officer for the East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU), you will design and develop technical surveillance systems and ensure their effective operation and deployment.
This role will be based at Tigers Road in Leicestershire
, with further opportunities upcoming based at Ripley in Derbyshire

In this role you will be working closely with colleagues in the Regional Organised Crime Unit, helping gather intelligence and evidence against the most serious of crimes that impact our communities.

What’s in it for you?This role is under a career grade scheme, starting at Grade J and working up to Grade L as you gain experience and develop within the role.
You will normally be appointed at the bottom of the scale £39,276 - £54,696.

MV/SC vetting is required for this role, which will be conducted during pre-employment checks.

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
