Care Tech Community Services established in 1993 has 250 services with continuous growth and new developments. Care Tech is a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. We support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care. Leicester Services LE3 / LE4 over four sites you will oversee the support of 26 adult clients with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities and Sensory Impairment. Nuneaton Services you will oversee and manage the support for adults with Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health needs along with supporting males over the age of 18 within a shared house environment.
Essential Skills & Experience- 12 months experience leading a support worker team
- Experience in a Mental Health & Learning Disabilities environment
- Liaising with required stakeholders (internal and external)
- Health & Social Care Level 3 Adults qualification

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
