London. £12.21/hr + £8.72 sleep‑in rate/hr

Jordan Xavier Connect Ltd is an Ofsted‑registered organisation committed to providing safe, empowering supported accommodation for 16/17 year olds.

We are looking to recruit Support Workers (over the age of 21) to work across our services in the London region.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering young people by promoting their independence and supporting their journey towards adulthood. This involves working collaboratively within a multi‑agency framework, partnering with both internal teams and external professionals to ensure a comprehensive wrap‑around support system. Every young person will be supported with respect, treated as an individual, and cared for in an inclusive, non‑discriminatory environment.

We are looking for individuals who are resilient, committed, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Most importantly, you will serve as a positive role model to both the young people you support and your colleagues.

• Support young people with day‑to‑day life skills (budgeting, cooking, appointments)
• Create and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
• Follow safeguarding procedures to protect those you are supporting
• Work closely with the Manager and senior staff members to track progress and update care plans
• Participate in shift work, including sleep‑ins and support young people with key work sessions

• UK Degree
• 1 year of work experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for helping young people and staying calm under pressure

• In‑house training and ongoing development. Accredited CPD Qualification, received after a successful 6‑month probation period. Thereafter enrolled on to the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
