** Responsibilities:*
* * Providing strong, visible leadership to ensure the highest standards of person-centred care.
* Overseeing the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with
** CQC regulations**, internal policies, and all statutory requirements.
* Leading, developing, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.
* Managing staffing levels, recruitment, training, and performance to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
* Ensuring robust care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding practices are consistently upheld.
* Building positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, external professionals, and regulatory bodies.
* Driving continuous improvement through audits, quality monitoring, and reflective practice.
* Managing budgets, resources, and operational performance to ensure the home runs efficiently and sustainably.
* Acting as an ambassador for Midlands Care, promoting our values and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

** Requirements:*
* * Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting.
* Strong understanding of
** CQC standards**, regulatory frameworks, and best practice in adult social care.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
* Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop staff at all levels.
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
* Full right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship). | |
** Hourly Rate of Pay: £19 – £22 (DOE)** | ||
