  • Champion outstanding care delivery, overseeing care planning, risk assessment, documentation, and communication to ensure continuity, safety, and positive outcomes for clients.
  • Be the expert clinical support, guiding nursing teams through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, including managing clinical emergencies, complexities, and reflective debriefs.
  • Drive quality and improvement, working closely with the Director of Operations and Regional Managers to lead audits, compliance activity, and service improvement plans that exceed regulatory expectations.
  • Safeguard with confidence, identifying and managing safeguarding concerns, attending Stay Safe Panel meetings, and embedding defensible, gold‑standard practice across services.
  • Enable safe and timely growth, contributing to referrals meetings with a solution‑focused approach, supporting positive risk‑taking and ensuring new packages are mobilised safely within agreed timescales.
  • Build and inspire high‑performing teams, recruiting, supervising, and developing nursing staff across multiple disciplines and locations, with clear OKRs, PDOs, and regular performance reviews.

  • Promote excellence and innovation, contributing to training programmes, systems evaluation, equipment oversight, and sharing best practice and success stories to support organisational growth and reputation.
What we’ll be looking for (skills, experience + qualifications):
  • A strong clinical foundation, holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (with a Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field highly desirable).
  • A current, unrestricted RN registration, enabling you to practice with confidence and credibility.
