Base

You may be required to work in other designated locations of the Trust as well as your primary base. In particular, flexibility is required across the three main hospital sites (Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital and Glenfield Hospital). If your initial location is one of these sites excess travel reimbursement would not apply for a permanent or temporary change of base.

Domestic Manager

The role of Domestic Team Leader is a multi-skilled role which involves the monitoring of the domestic staff whilst they carry out their cleaning duties within designated patient and non-patient areas within the Trust. Auditing Wards and Departments using the FM 1st tool.

The post holder will maintain good working relationships with:

• Work colleagues throughout the Trust
• Domestic Team
• Domestic and Facilities managers
• Ward and department clinical teams
• Patients and the general public
