This is a pivotal senior role within a growing, nationally recognised early intervention programme. You will lead large, skill‑mixed teams delivering evidence‑based interventions to children and young people (CYP) with mild to moderate mental health needs, while shaping service delivery across education and community systems.

  • Providing high‑quality clinical supervision
  • Delivering against KPIs and quality standards
  • Using and interpreting data to drive service improvement
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across systems
  • Implementing and embedding change

We welcome your application if you are passionate about early intervention, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and are motivated by improving outcomes for children and young people at a population level.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car during working hours is essential.

About the Service

The LLR MHST service forms part of the national programme, commissioned following the 2017 Green Paper:

  • Embeds a Whole School Approach to emotional wellbeing
  • Works collaboratively with education settings, families and wider system partners

As the programme continues to expand, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping the future of early intervention across the local system.

The service operates all year‑round Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm (excluding bank holidays), with some flexible working arrangements.
