We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Administration Team at HMP Fosse Way, a category C Prison located in Glen Parva, Leicestershire. HMP Fosse Way is a busy prison with a capacity for around 1700 males and opened in 2023. It is a modern resettlement prison that focuses on education and retraining. This is a patient‑facing role supporting the healthcare team.

Salary
This position is full time; you’ll receive an annual salary up to £28,574 per annum (FTE), depending on experience.

Main duties of the jobAs an Administrator, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site
- Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, including IT systems, database/wating lists, call‑up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.

Qualifications required- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- A non‑judgmental and compassionate approach
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
