We are a growing provider of GP surgeries, operating at scale across multiple practices. Our focus is on delivering high-quality primary care, expanding practice list sizes, increasing uptake of our services, and partnering with additional practices to support sustainable growth.
This role aims to showcase what we do while refining our marketing so it reflects the same high-quality experience our patients expect from us.
Main duties of the jobRole Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support the development of marketing materials and help communicate our public-facing message clearly and consistently. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a healthcare organisation making a real difference in primary care.
The successful candidate will create marketing collateral, support campaigns, and help strengthen our brand presence both internally and across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update marketing collateral (brochures, leaflets, banners, presentations, case studies, newsletters)
- Support communication campaigns promoting our services to patients
- Promote our support services to clinicians across the local region
- Assist in developing content for websites, social media, and email communications
- Increase positive engagement through Google Reviews
- Help maintain brand consistency across all practices
- Coordinate internal communications materials where required
- Support events, stakeholder engagement activity, and practice onboarding communications
- Monitor engagement metrics and report on marketing activity performance
- Liaise with practice teams to gather content and success stories

- Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
- Excellent written and verbal and engaging communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Experience in healthcare, primary care, or NHS-related environments
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience managing website content (e.g. Word Press)
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Organised and dependable
- Collaborative and comfortable working with clinical and non-clinical colleagues
- Interested in healthcare and improving patient access
