Inpatient Bank Physiotherapist

Spire Leicester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our inpatient team on a bank basis. This is a flexible, ad‑hoc role supporting the inpatient physiotherapy service, working with post‑operative patients to help prepare them for discharge home.

• Deliver high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to inpatient and outpatient patients
• Manage your own clinical caseload as an autonomous practitioner
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and rehabilitation
• Provide safe and effective post‑operative physiotherapy care
• Support weekend inpatient services as required

• Degree‑qualified Physiotherapist (BSc Hons or equivalent)
• Current HCPC registration with no restrictions
• Previous post‑graduate physiotherapy experience within an NHS or private hospital setting
• Experience assessing, diagnosing and treating a varied caseload
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexible approach to working patterns and clinical areas
• Availability to work weekends and weekday shifts between 8am‑7pm

Flexible bank shifts covering weekdays and weekends. Weekend shifts are typically 8am‑5pm. Primarily available between 8am‑7pm on weekdays.
