Job Overview
Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a permanent Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser for an onsite role across Leicestershire, with a salary of £32,000 to £42,000 per annum plus commission. This is well suited to a fully qualified clinician who is committed to patient-led care, values independence in practice, and is comfortable working across local optical settings.
About the JobIn this role, you will provide hearing care within optical practices, delivering the same independent clinical care for patients’ ears as they receive for their eyes. Day to day, you will assess and diagnose hearing loss, develop and implement treatment plans, and support clients of all ages with their hearing concerns.
You will work closely with optical partners to build long-term, transparent relationships and help serve local communities. You will also have access to state-of-the-art audiological testing equipment and facilities, alongside a ready-to-go patient database and an easy-to-use booking system with 24/7 visibility, all designed to support patient flow.
About the EmployerOur client is a growing hearing care provider operating in over 490 practices across the UK. The organisation is built around transparency, honesty, adaptability, trust and simplicity, with a clear focus on independence, clinical care and service to local communities.
Its wider team includes Audiologists and Hearing Care Assistants, and the emphasis is on delivering a first-class hearing care service rather than performance-led volume. For the right person, this offers a setting where quality, relationships and professional standards are central.
What We Are Looking ForThe successful candidate will be a fully qualified Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser with experience working with various hearing aid manufacturers. A full driving licence is required.
We are looking for someone who shares a commitment to independence and excellence in clinical care, and who is comfortable working with clients of all ages. A patient-first approach is essential, together with the ability to support transparent, long-standing relationships with both patients and optical partners.
Who This Role SuitsThis role will suit a qualified audiology professional who wants to work in a patient-led environment where clinical standards matter. It will also appeal to someone looking for a role that combines autonomy, community-based work and access to modern equipment.
Job LocationThe role is based across Leicestershire, with some coverage extending into South Lincolnshire. It is an onsite position and will suit someone able to travel locally between practices.
