Komplex Care Limited is seeking a Rapid Response Care Assistant to support individuals at crucial transitions, such as hospital discharges and care package changes, with a compassionate, flexible approach.
You will deliver clinical and personal care to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord and brain injuries, while assisting with transfers and daily activities across a 36+ hour week, with nationwide travel and a 6-month probation period.
