We're looking for full-time and part-time Support Workers to join our welcoming team at Rusthall Adult Short Breaks. We provide short breaks for adults aged 16 and over with learning disabilities and complex needs in a warm, homely environment where people feel safe, valued, and supported.

As a Support Worker, you'll help people enjoy a safe, happy, and enjoyable stay with us. Every day is different, but you might:
- Support people with daily activities and personal goals
- Help people take part in activities and try new experiences
- Provide support with personal care and medication
- Create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Work alongside families, carers, and other professionals to provide great support

This role is subject to holding a Full UK Driving Licence – The Council is committed to making reasonable adjustments so whilst this job requires the jobholder to drive your application will still be considered if you are unable to drive due to a disability.
