Support Worker - Rusthall

We're looking for full-time and part-time Support Workers to join our welcoming team at Rusthall Adult Short Breaks. We provide short breaks for adults aged 16 and over with learning disabilities and complex needs in a warm, homely environment where people feel safe, valued, and supported.

As a Support Worker, you'll help people enjoy a safe, happy, and enjoyable stay with us. Every day is different, but you might:

• Support people with daily activities and personal goals
• Help people take part in activities and try new experiences
• Provide support with personal care and medication
• Create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Work alongside families, carers, and other professionals to provide great support
