Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Liaison & Diversion/RECONNECT Peer Support Worker with lived experience in the Criminal Justice System. The role uses personal recovery journeys to guide and support others in similar situations and to encourage engagement with community services.
The post holder will work within a team, liaise with Criminal Justice Partners, and help service users access community supports under supervision.
