CCH is seeking a friendly, confident Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a range of complex care needs in their own home in Holyhead. You will build a positive relationship, provide reassurance when needed, and enable the client to enjoy activities they love at home and in the community.
Experience in care is essential; nursing training is not required as full nurse-led training will be provided.
