Dorset Health Care University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Rehab Assistant to deliver clinical rehabilitation and intermediate care to community patients under the direction of qualified practitioners.
You will assist with medication, wound care, dietary needs, personal care, emotional support and participate in creating and reviewing care plans. The role requires working a shift pattern from 08:00 to 20:00, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota.
