University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Research technician with a background in biological sciences to join our respiratory research team. You will provide laboratory support in a busy research laboratory, processing human samples such as sputum, blood and urine and following trial SOPs to support clinical studies.
You will manage barcoding, tracking, and freezer space, prepare shipments by dry ice per IATA, and use tissue tracking and Open Specimen software.
