This role is to support our wonderful 17 year old male client in Market Harborough. Our client has an acquired brain injury since birth, resulting in him having complex needs. He has epilepsy and regular seizures, PEG tube, non‑verbal, visual impairment and he needs support with mobility. He lives in a bungalow on his family home grounds. Our client is a happy young man who thrives off of his environment.

He loves socialising and will greatly benefit from support workers who have an outgoing and bubbly personality. Previous care experience is essential and previous experience with epilepsy is desirable. You must hold a full UK drivers licence to be able to drive his vehicle.

Full time available - 36-40 hours a week. Mix of day (8am-8pm), evening (4pm-8pm) and occasional sleeping nights (8pm-8am) shifts. Flexibility to work variety of shifts, and weekdays and weekends, required. In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero‑hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

• Monday - Friday day shifts = £16.00 per hour
• Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) = £17.00 per hour
• Sleeping nights = £12.71 per hour
