Dimensions is seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker in Bridgend. You will help create a safe, calm night environment, perform keeping safe checks, and support residents with personal care as needed. The role runs 8pm–8:30am, 2–4 nights per week, requiring a full UK driving licence.
You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, using IT systems to maintain accurate records and support plans, while upholding dignity and respect for those in your care.
