We are seeking an
On-Site Endoscopic Specialist (Kings Lynn)to join our growing team and become an integral part of a customer healthcare facility. About the RoleAs an On-Site Endoscopic Specialist, you will provide dedicated day-to-day support for KARL STORZ endoscopes, instruments, camera systems, and associated equipment within a hospital setting.
Working closely with clinical teams, sterile services, operating theatres, and hospital stakeholders, you will ensure equipment is maintained, available, and ready to support surgical procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from candidates with experience in healthcare, endoscopy, theatres, sterile services, decontamination, medical devices, or technical support environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
- Professional, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Good written and verbal English skills.
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and reporting systems.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience working within a healthcare or hospital environment.
- NHS theatre, endoscopy, sterile services, CSSD, HSDU, or clinical support experience.
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Healthcare or a related discipline.
- Experience handling or supporting medical devices and equipment.
