Residential Support Worker - Children's Residential Homes

We are recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to join teams across children's residential homes in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to provide genuine, people-first support to young people, helping them feel safe, valued and supported as they grow.

Working Pattern 40 hours per week, plus 1 sleep-in per week 2 on, 4 off rota Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 10:30pm Weekends: 8:30am – 10:30pm What You'll Be Doing As Residential Support Worker Providing warm, consistent day-to-day support to young people living in the home Helping to create a safe, homely and nurturing environment Supporting young people with daily routines, activities and personal development Working closely with the wider team to deliver person-centred care Covering sleep-in shifts as part of the weekly rota What We're Looking For In A Residential Support Worker A valid UK driving licence (essential) Right to Work in the UK – please note, sponsorship is not available for this role Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred but not essential Candidates with experience supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health conditions are encouraged to apply A genuine, caring nature and a commitment to making a positive difference No two days are the same in this role, but every day is a chance to support a young person on their journey.
