A day in the life of a Senior Support Worker with Orbis Education and Care Involves:

Leading the team whilst on shift.
Assist in ensuring service scoring standards are maintained.
Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities.
Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in assessment, development and review of support and care plans.
Promote and celebrate homes achievements.

To be a successful Senior Support Worker with Orbis Education and Care, you'll need:

Experience in a positive support environment.
QCF level 3 qualified, or working towards.
Experience in managing challenging behaviour.
Knowledge of statutory regulations.
Lead by example and always act as a positive role model.
Upload company policies and standards.
Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding.
Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments.

Please note:

This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
