HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OFSTEDRegistered Manager for a 4 bed children’s home in Derby.

About the Registered Manager’s role

• Develop comprehensive care plans
• Create a great team environment
• Maintain high standards
• Deal with the operational and commercial aspects of the home
• Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times

About You

• Experience in a supervisory role within children’s residential
• Level 5 in Leadership in Management is preferred but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence and the right towork in the UK
