\UK Homecare Assistant Jobs 2026 – Sponsorship Switch Opportunity /p>
We are a multi award winning family‑run business based in Derbyshire, operating branches in Ilkeston, Long Eaton and Ripley. We are looking for Homecare Assistants who are caring and compassionate, already in the UK and seeking a sponsorship switch. /p> esponsibilities ul> li>Provide high level care and support to people living in their own homes /li> li>Assist clients with bathing, grooming and dressing /li> li>Help with grocery shopping, laundry and other home chores /li> li>Prepare and serve meals at the correct times /li> li>Arrange and dispense medicines /li> li>Work with other health and social care providers to give the best care possible /li> li>Complete accurate, complete and truthful visit notes /li> /ul> ualifications ul> li>At least 1 year of experience caring for others /li> li>Full UK driving licence (with access to a car or motorbike/moped) /li> li>Empathy and a positive attitude in the workplace /li> li>Team player and willingness to lead by example /li> /ul> enefits and Pay ul> li>Full‑time rota schedule – minimum 37.5 guaranteed hours per week /li> li>Competitive pay: £13.40 per hour (weekdays and weekends) + £2.10 per house visited /li> li>Pension contributions from the employer /li> li>Blue Light Card discounts and benefits /li> li>Continuous training: one‑week induction in our award‑winning training centre, Care Certificate, Advanced Dementia and End‑of‑Life training, and 4 days paid CPD each year /li> li>Supportive 24‑hour on‑call management help /li> li>Breakfast and snacks at workplace /li> li>Free uniform (polo shirts, fleece jackets, pants and sneakers) /li> li>Career development opportunities (see our website) /li> /ul> p>We welcome applications from individuals who are currently in the UK and applying for a sponsorship switch.
