Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and clinically confident Clinical Audiologist to join our growing team. You'll work across our clinics in Derby, providing a mix of in-clinic appointments and home visits. This role fits someone who is flexible, clinically confident, and passionate about achieving excellent hearing outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing assessments and consultations for NHS and private patients
• Recommend, fit, and fine-tune hearing aids to meet individual needs
• Provide thorough aftercare and follow-up support to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate, compliant patient records in line with HCPC and company standards
• Manage stock of hearing aids and associated equipment

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Audiology or equivalent; HCPC registered
• Previous experience as a qualified Audiologist
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in both NHS and private audiology settings
