Position: Head Office Recruitment Advisor

Let’s Take It On. At NEXT, we never stand still. We are dynamic, constantly evolving, and pushing boundaries on a global scale. To keep moving forward, we need people who are ready to make an impact and help us thrive together.

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Head Office HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be the expert voice for your department managers, providing a proactive recruitment service that finds the best talent for our ever‑growing business. Hybrid role based at our Head Office in Enderby.

The Role

As a specialist in your area, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from the initial brief to the moment a new colleague starts their journey with us. This isn’t just about filling vacancies; it’s about influencing decisions and providing recommendations to ensure we attract the right people at the right time.

Your daily impact will involve:

  • Strategic Partnering: Working closely with department managers to understand their resourcing needs and recommending the most effective attraction strategies.
  • Talent Generation: Proactively headhunting passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other innovative methods to build a high‑quality shortlist.
  • Nurturing Talent Communities: Moving beyond filling vacancies to building and engaging evergreen talent pools for future business needs.
  • Event‑Led Sourcing: Hosting or attending industry webinars and networking events to build a warm pipeline of elite talent.
  • Brand Advocacy: Contributing to the NEXT Employer Brand strategy by writing engaging adverts and using social media to increase awareness of our opportunities.
  • Candidate

    Experience:

Ensuring every applicant has a positive experience, while managing the offer process and maintaining contact during notice periods to build enthusiasm.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with recruitment coordinators and external agencies to ensure a seamless, compliant, and efficient service.
About You

Life at NEXT is fast‑paced and full on. We need a self‑starter who thrives on delivering results and can work across multiple requirements with speed and accuracy.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an agency or in‑house recruitment role.
  • A passion for resourcing with advanced web searching skills and experience using ATS/CRM systems.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A creative and commercial mindset, with the initiative to suggest new innovations for talent attraction.
  • A commitment to personal growth and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Comfortable using AI‑driven sourcing tools and generative AI to craft personalised outreach and optimise job adverts.
  • Ability to utilise recruitment analytics and ATS reporting to track conversion rates and improve the quality of hire.
