In this vibrant role you will be working as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in placing Qualified Social Workers. As part of a busy team, you will be building a network of clients and candidates, developing relationships through calls, emails and visits. A compliance team will ensure the registration process is smooth and efficient so your candidates can start work quickly.

The company is moving into newly refurbished premises in central Ipswich, featuring a modern open‑plan office, pool table, break‑out area with TV, kitchen and meeting rooms. In this non‑corporate environment you will work with a welcoming team where everyone’s opinions are heard.

A self‑motivated Recruitment Consultant with a good attitude, drive to achieve both individual and company goals, and excellent sales experience. You should be IT competent (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), detail‑oriented, organised, problem‑solving, and possess strong communication skills. While experience in this role is preferred, we consider candidates from other backgrounds who are customer‑driven, sales‑focused, and hungry to meet financially rewarding targets.
