As a Payroll Business Analyst / Process Analyst you will bring a strong understanding of designing HRIS and/or Payroll / Pensions solutions. You will form part of a very strong BA team and work alongside developers, testers and architects. Your project experience will have involved large scale international HR & Payroll builds or implementations using Oracle, People Soft, Workday, SAP etc.
We are looking for someone with international and UK payroll experience, gained in a role such as Consultant, Business Analyst, Payroll Manager or Functional Consultant.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement payroll and pension solutions for global clients.
- Gather and analyse requirements, conduct user meetings and customer workshops.
- Assist in gap analysis and system design using ISEB/SSADM/UML.
- Collaborate with developers, testers and architects to deliver solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in UK and international payroll.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as Oracle, People Soft, Workday, SAP.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in business analysis or functional consulting roles.
