What You'll Be Doing

Building relationships with businesses and candidates across the UK.
Developing new business opportunities and growing your own client base.
Identifying and attracting talented candidates for a variety of vacancies.
Managing recruitment campaigns from initial enquiry through to successful placement.
Using Linked In, job boards and networking to source high-quality candidates.
Negotiating offers and supporting candidates throughout their job search.
Working towards targets, earning commission and developing your career.
Becoming a specialist within your market and building a reputation with clients and candidates.
