Pertemps Leicester is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Leicester to own the HR function in a hands-on role. The position is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a salary up to £45,000 per annum.
You will support managers, guide employees, and ensure compliance with employment law while developing HR policies and reporting. You will also manage an HR Administrator and contribute to a proactive HR culture within the business.
