Loom Talent is recruiting an HR Officer to join a growing engineering/manufacturing business in Leicester. The role is permanent, onsite in South Leicester, and reports to the HR Manager. The package includes a salary of up to £34,000 per annum as part of a hands-on generalist HR function.
You will participate in recruitment activities, HR advisory work, onboarding, record-keeping, and HR system administration, with opportunities to contribute to improvement projects across the sites.
