Cromwell Group (Holdings) Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract to deliver a proactive HR service across UK and EMEA. You will work with an HR Partner to support managers, address people matters and align with local employment laws and company policies.
You’ll partner with line managers on recruitment, employee relations, organisational change and workforce planning, using data to identify trends and drive improvement in a fast-paced environment.
