Hays is happy to partner with a well established business based in Poole, seeking a Group HR Manager to lead the HR department across the organisation. You will oversee employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and compliance with employment laws, ensuring policies stay current and aligned with organisational goals.
You will manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll preparation, holiday planning and risk assessments, and support senior leadership with staff development.
