G Recruitment Ltd are partnering with a leading construction & civils business to recruit an experienced HR Officer. You will support the SMT and employees with HR processes, with a key focus on employee relations, training and HR systems while ensuring policy compliance.
The role is on-site at the Leicestershire depot, with visits to live sites across the county. CIPD Level 5 or progression is preferred; interviews are immediate with August/September start possible.
