Plant Plan is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead the company-wide people and culture agenda, aligning leadership capability, workforce planning and HR infrastructure with growth objectives. You will work closely with the Managing Director, delivering strategic HR leadership while hands-on in recruitment, development and employee relations.
You will manage data-driven people insights, drive culture initiatives, and ensure compliant, confidential handling of sensitive information.
