Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer

As an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer in Leicester, you will join Pertemps Loughborough Commercial’s temporary recruitment team, earning £15,360 per annum on a full-time, permanent basis. Your week runs Monday to Friday, 40 hours. You will support consultants by sourcing candidates, managing bookings, and handling initial phone conversations. Strong organisation and clear communication are essential, alongside a genuine interest in helping people.

Throughout the role, you will complete a recognised Recruitment Apprenticeship, combining practical experience with formal training. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and advertising
• Speak with candidates to understand their skills and experience
• Register new candidates and guide them through the recruitment process
• Carry out compliance and right‑to‑work checks
• Create and manage job adverts
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
• Chase outstanding documentation and keep records up to date
• Support onboarding and candidate aftercare
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
