) with regular visits to Frankley (B45)

Base Materials Ltd operates across two sites (Whetstone and Frankley) and manufactures styling, modelling and tooling materials used to produce high-precision moulds, master models, jigs and fixtures for industries including automotive, aerospace, motor sport, marine and wider industrial applications.

Were looking for a
HR Officer
to join on a permanent basis reporting into the HR Manager.

With the business continuing to scale, youll play a key role in attracting talent and supporting wider HR activity across the organisation.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, communicates well and thrives in a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support to line managers and employees.
• Management of ER casework - coaching managers on best practice and supporting meetings.
• End-to-end recruitment responsibilities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
