We are delighted to be seeking a recruitment resourcer / administrator to join our team and support the consultants in securing the right candidates for the clients demands.

The Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator Role will include;

* Providing exceptional customer service to clients through understanding their requirements, offering a bespoke service and providing solutions

* Calling candidates when have applied for roles on our jobs boards

* Sourcing candidates through search functions online

* Building positive and successful relationships with both clients and candidates.

* Achieving and exceeding business and individual targets

* So if you;

* Have a basic understanding of software packages

* Have attention to detail and effective time management

* Are self motivated and determined to achieve targets and deadlines

* Previous data input and administration experience preferable
